Ministry

After our marriage, my wife and I served in a pastorate, in Buckhannon, West Virginia under Allegheny Wesleyan Methodist Connection for 4 years. We then were sent as missionaries under the same group to Peru from 1973-1980. In 1981, we felt the leading of the Lord to go to the Dominican Republic under Friends Of Missions, which later joined to EFM. We arrived there in December, 1981, and were able to see a work open starting in June, 1982. Since that time, we returned twice to the USA to pastor and do deputational work. While overseas, we served as the National Director and Bookkeeper.

In 1996, we felt led to venture into Cuba and have been serving both in the Dominican Republic and Cuba ever since. Though still involved with these two countries, it has been necessary to come home and help in the care of my wife’s mother. Now, added to my ministry has been the request of EFM to help local American churches start Hispanic works in their areas, the first of which is York, PA, in cooperation with the New Life Holiness Church. This new ministry is called the US Hispanic Ministries.
